Server functionality

· Patient database with database editor and anonymization tools

· DICOM connectivity to PACS and other modality workstations

· Query/Retrieve functionality

General NM applications

· Bones for analysis and review of static, dynamic, wholebody, and SPECT studies

· Gastric applications for emptying and reflux studies in static and/or dynamic formats

· Lung application for review and analysis of planar and SPECT studies

· Renal/Renal Transplant analysis and review of DTPA, MAG3, and DMSA studies

· Liver application for gallbladder ejection fraction

LundSPECT

Exclusive as Standard only for almedis-Customer!

Exclusive Segami application for review and analysis of Ventilation/Perfusion Lung SPECT studies, developed in collaboration with Lund University (Sweden). The application provides OSEM reconstruction of data, correction for hotspots, normalization between ventilation and perfusion, and creates a V/P ratio dataset. Data are displayed on a slice by slice basis, and as MIP (maximum intensity projection) images. The software is intended to be used for correction, reconstruction, multidimensional display and quantification of ventilation and perfusion SPECT data. It also provides a detailed quantification of the difference between blood perfusion and ventilation in lung SPECT studies and is intended for use only with ventilation data acquired using Technegas 99m-Tc labeled carbon particles. The intent of this software application is to provide the physician with an adjunctive tool to aid in the diagnosis of PE (pulmonary embolism).

Features include:

Standardized orthogonal slice displays

Integrated reconstruction of raw projection data using OSEM

Automatic segmentation of the lungs

Display functions: triangulation, window leveling, color scale selection, slice alignment, cine controls, zoom, pan, magnify, colorize

Automatic re-alignment of Ventilation and Perfusion scans

Automatic correction of hotspots in ventilation images

Automatic background correction of perfusion images

Automatic generation of normalized ratio images

Compatible with Technegas and aerosols

Distance weighted maximum intensity projections (MIP)

Visual evaluation of segmental and sub-segmental mismatch with high sensitivity and specificity

Compatible with most acquisition protocols (matrix size)

Customized layouts through display scripts

Optionen:

Generic viewer NM viewer for all data formats; i.e.: static, dynamic, gated, whole body, tomo, gated

tomo, recon, gated recon, and (multi‐frame) secondary capture

SPECT/CT Application Suite:

SPECT/CT fusion application for review of hybrid studies

Hybrid iterative reconstruction with resolution recovery, scatter and CTAC correction

MIRegister application for registration of SPECT data with CT and/or MR studies

PET/CT module with tumor tracking and analysis
